WB Foot Care fees are based on the type of appointment you require, the duration of the appointment and your location. There is a modest additional mileage charge / home visit fee dependant on distance I have to travel.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to make your clinic appointment, we kindly ask you to call / email us at least 48hrs before your appointment time to let us know. This gives us the opportunity to fill the vacant appointment slot.
We may charge for missed appointments or late cancellations and/or require you to pay for any future appointments at the time of booking. We may also require prepayment for appointments if a client frequency cancels. Please note that prepayments are not refundable.
